Central Western Daily: Amy van de Ven named Quest Apartments franchisee

in 2019, I became the co-owner of Quest Orange, a franchise business in regional New South Wales. Prior to this, I joined the pre-opening team at Quest Wodonga in 2013, where I immersed myself in the Quest business model and aligned with the organization's values. Working alongside the property's business owner, I gained invaluable experience that prepared me for this role.

Transitioning from an employee to a business owner has been incredibly rewarding. I thrive on making quick decisions, leading a team, and witnessing their growth. Self-discipline and self-motivation are essential traits for success in this industry. I believe that taking a hands-on approach, especially in a regional area, is crucial. With greater risk comes greater rewards.
